Returns and Refunds
You may return most new items sold and fulfilled by Asian-culture-shop.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll request a refund after we receive and process your return. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
But if the item was sent out by the most expensive UPS/FedEx/DHL delivery method to meet the urgent delivery request of the customer, or the items were specially customized based on the customer's detail requests, or the weight of the item was over 10kg, the refund service is not available while the exchange service is still available.
If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at service@Asian-culture-shop.com to request a replacement within 30 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please also contact us to return within 30 days.
